Justin has been with North Ogden City since 2016. He has over 18 years of experience with city parks and recreation. Justin is a certified American Red Cross lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor, Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO) and volunteers for the Corinne Fire Department. Justin has a vast knowledge of water systems, irrigation and chemicals. Justin enjoys talking to people and is an avid houndsman.
